To date we have successfully launched multiple NFC ICs onto the market. Our NFC products are used for example in Point of Sales terminals, wireless charging of wearables (like small battery accessories or smart watches) and in the field of Internet of Things (IoT). Currently, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Operations manager (f/m/d) to strengthen our team and drive for operational excellence.
As an Engineering Operations Manager you are responsible for driving operational excellence across our engineering organization by establishing scalable processes, improving productivity, enabling planning and execution, and providing data-driven insights. This role partners closely with engineering leadership, product management, program management, finance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of engineering objectives and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership, analytical capabilities, program management expertise, and a deep understanding of semiconductor engineering organizations and the semiconductor product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
This position is subject to the Collective Agreement of the Electrical and Electronics Industry, employment group I ( https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times a year. However, we offer a higher salary depending on your experience and qualifications.
