Job Description

● Led design, build, and startup of compounding related scope for a Green Field or Brown Field site with large capital scope (more than $100 million dollars)
● 大規模な資本規模（1億ドル以上）の未開発地域（グリーンフィールド）または利用されなくなった工業用地（ブラウンフィールド）のコンパウンド関連の設計、構築、立ち上げ主導の経験
● Hands on experience in liquid making product compounding or process system.
● 液状製品の配合やプロセスシステムの実地経験
● Familiar with including modular equipment validation and acceptance test, design integration between core equipment and local scope with design company, equipment model selection and purchasing.
● モジュラー機器の検証と承認試験、設計会社とのコア機器とローカルスコープの設計統合、機器モデルの選択と購入などに精通
● Proven expertise in process system design follow cGMP standard. Familiar with majority process equipment like tanks, pumps, valve, heat exchangers, mill, etc.
● cGMP規格に準拠したプロセスシステムの設計に精通していること。タンク、ポンプ、バルブ、熱交換器、ミルなどの大半のプロセス機器に精通していること
● Experience of working with multiple professional vendors from design to fabrication globally, coordinating with them to achieve project schedule and cost target
● 設計から製造まで、複数の専門業者およびグローバルと連携し、プロジェクトのスケジュールとコスト目標を達成するための調整を行った経験
● Experience of working with global engineering teams remotely in a matrix structure.
● マトリックス構造の中で、遠隔地にあるグローバルなエンジニアリングチームと協働した経験
● FMCG/ Beauty industry experience is highly desirable.
● FMCG/美容業界での経験が非常に望ましい
● Expertise in executing digital factory (Industry 4.0) and factory of future requirements will be a plus.
● デジタルファクトリー（インダストリー4.0）や未来工場（ファクトリーオブフューチャー）の実行に関する専門知識があれば尚可
