The engineering teams at SIXT are at the forefront of implementing new technologies in building great products around Mobility. As an Engineering Manager (Salesforce) with SIXT, you’ll own the end to end success of your product/product lines. You'll have the opportunity to help define, implement, manage and deliver systems that help SIXT accomplish its goals. You will manage design through deploy phases of a scalable, high performance, multi-tenant platform. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You provide technical leadership to major SFDC initiatives. Review platform architecture/design and work with engineers to drive business value
• You ensure great chemistry among product, engineering and business. Contribute to product and build the right synergies between business and engineering
• You build and manage a high-performance teams of engineers. Drive the team to achieve meet/exceed goals identified for the team
• You Guide and mentor the team members. Act as a coach and focus on growth plan for team members
• You lead functional and technical workshops. Demonstrate leadership skills in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying
• You manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners
• You document As-Is business processes, business requirements and solution designs for the Salesforce platform

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You B.Tech/B.E/ Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
• You have 13+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering and 2+ years managing mid-large teams in the recent past
• You have good experience working with Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web such as HTML, JavaScript, Web Components and many more. Good to have exposure towards technologies such as java.
• You are comfortable with Agile development and Scrum process
• You Highly effective at working in cross-functional and cross-geographical organizations
• You have ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse cultures and adapt to changes
• You have excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation
