
This position has responsibility for the management of a geotechnical engineering team, consisting of both experienced and early-career professionals, primarily focused on Renewable Energy. This position executes functional and/or operational plans with a short to mid-term focus for area of influence; manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments; directs and appraises the work of subordinates; helps to resolve issues; participates in the hiring and selection process; and ensures appropriate training and resources are provided. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and makes decisions that impact functional area for situations that have a prior precedent, interprets policies (e.g., fiscal management, HR, contracts, resource management in defined areas), and demonstrates solid subject matter knowledge.

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
Texas PE required.
Experience and/or Training Five years of progressive related professional experience, including at least three years of leadership experience
Licenses/Certificates Driver’s license
Technology/Equipment- Microsoft Office

Compensation Range:
$88,000.00 - $131,000.00
