We created OneApp to replace the various apps previously and funnel the effort across NatCo's into a single core product with a harmonized product vision. Our efforts paid off, as we ended up with one of the best unifying platforms that can carry out many activities just through its singular codebase. Another interesting fact is that OneApp connects to each Local Telecommunication Companies´ backend systems by consuming a harmonized API across all markets and is supported by many centrally developed services. As an Engineering Manager, you play a crucial role as the technical anchor for your engineering team, taking ownership of the application architecture and delivery to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

· Lead and coach a unit of 25-35 proficient engineers in iOS, Android, backend and QA roles, ensuring successful project delivery.

· Plan and prioritize work, fostering collaboration with cross-border teams.

· Provide oversight and accountability for technical decisions and overall delivery.

· Demonstrate strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.

· Cultivate a continuous learning mindset for personal and team growth.

· Exhibit a passion for customers and technology.

All the achievements you are proud of:

· Proven software development expertise as a Tech or Team Lead in dynamic product organizations.

· Hands-on experience managing mobile engineering teams, achieving large-scale adoption and usage of apps on iOS and Android platforms.

· Proficiency in architecture patterns like Microservices, coupled with deep understanding of highly available and scalable applications.

· Collaboration expertise within globally distributed environments.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Keen business acumen, driving solution delivery, quality improvements, and advocating for agile scrumadoption.

· Focus on business outcomes and staying current with evolving technologies.
