Rabot Energy is an independent provider of dynamic electricity tariffs for households and businesses. With smart procurement strategies and automated control, we shift flexible consumption into hours with low exchange prices. That way, households and businesses optimise their electricity costs. Our vision is to give all customers the ability to steer their electricity consumption smartly and benefit from low-price exchange hours.
The energy market is going through its biggest shift in 50 years. We no longer just supply electricity, we make it intelligent. RABOT is growing triple digits, and our Small and Large Asset Squads are at the heart of it: they build the systems that connect and optimise large energy consumers like EVs, heat pumps, wallboxes, home storage and smart appliances in real time.
Both squads are growing, and we want one Engineering Manager who owns them end to end: delivery, technical health and, above all, the people. That is where you come in.
You lead the Small and Large Asset Squads as their Engineering Manager. Your job is to keep both squads shipping reliably, keep their architecture healthy and help every engineer grow.
In practice that means you run delivery for both squads (planning, dependency management, clear priorities) and work hand in hand with the Product Managers. You make sure the technical architecture stays healthy and sustainable as the squads scale. You manage team performance, enable the individual development of your engineers, hire new talent and continuously raise the bar on engineering and operational excellence. And you help your engineers get more leverage out of AI in how they build.
We think in outcomes, not task lists. If you are successful, here is what that looks like:

Nice to have: .NET experience and experience in the energy market.
