🔷What you will do?

• Lead agile, cross-functional teams, remove obstacles and ensure high performance
• Challenge the status quo and continuously strive for excellence
• Apply best technical practices and standards, actively participating in solving technical challenges with a hands-on approach to coding
• Utilize DevOps practices and collaborate closely with the DevOps team
• Continuously develop yourself and stay updated with the latest advancements in the tech sector, conducting PoCs for new technologies and sharing knowledge with the team
• Understand business goals and react promptly to any deviations
• Collaborate and regularly report to the Head of Delivery Squad, working with other Engineering Managers and Engineering Squad
• Lead development discussions and set clear, achievable goals
• Mentor colleagues and develop new Tech Leads and Engineering Managers
• Contribute to elevating the technical knowledge of teams through meetups, workshops, and conferences
• Participate in recruitment and strengthen employer branding

🔷What we expect from you?

• At least 5 years of experience leading teams
• Strong initiative and high level of self-motivation
• Proven experience and solid background in software development with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external clients
• Solid understanding of the business impact and strategic importance of projects

🔶 You'll get bonus points if you have:

• Experience in software development as a Lead Software Developer
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies
• Experience with various architectures and knowledge of modern system architectures
