CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an Engineering Manager to join the localization tech team working on all CDPR projects. In this role, you'll lead the localization engineering team focused on delivering cutting-edge systems for dialogue authoring and pipelines, and support related systems in Unreal Engine such as cinematic design. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, writers, and localization project managers to ensure top-quality dialogue experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the next chapters of our beloved franchises from the Witcher series to the world of Cyberpunk 2077. We’re looking for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a deep passion for games.
You will be managing the processes and team in the central part of the RED organization (Shared Development Services) in order to support multiple various projects at the same time; AAA productions and much more.
