Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of 5+ engineers.
• Own delivery of major components within NavApp.
• Define and execute 1–2 quarter roadmaps.
• Clear or escalate blockers to ensure progress.
• Ensure strong architectural principles and engineering practices.
• Occasionally contribute via design or code reviews.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement.
• Improve operational excellence through automation and monitoring.
• Manage performance, career development, and team health.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

• Experience of software engineering.
• 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Android/Kotlin and modern engineering practices.
• Experience solving complex problems without clear precedent.
• Ability to manage delivery in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to ensure high‑quality design, code, and tests.
• Familiarity with cloud, CI/CD, scalable systems.

What’s Nice to Have:

• Experience defining onboarding and training plans.
• Background in navigation/automotive/geospatial systems.
