The Engineering Manager – Electrical / Electronics Engineering will lead a team delivering electrical and electronics engineering across sustaining, redesign, qualification, compliance, manufacturing support, value engineering, NPI, and product development.

This hands-on leader will own technical execution, delivery, quality, and team development for an assigned portfolio, while increasing team accountability from individual tasks toward complete hardware deliverables and workstreams. Electrical Engineering owns electrical design intent and schematic design, partnering with the PCB Design organization on physical board implementation.

You Will Make an Impact By

  • Lead electrical and electronics execution across sustaining, redesign, qualification, compliance, NPI, manufacturing support, and product development.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in analog, digital, mixed-signal, embedded hardware, power electronics, sensing, controls, and interfaces.
  • Own team priorities, resources, commitments, risks, and delivery.
  • Drive architecture, requirements, schematic and design reviews, component selection, analysis, debugging, and technical decisions.
  • Partner with PCB Design on layout constraints, signal and power integrity, grounding, EMC/EMI, manufacturability, and board release.
  • Lead prototype bring-up, verification, qualification, compliance support, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Partner across Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, Component Engineering, Value Engineering, and global teams on industrialization and lifecycle issues.
  • Use simulation, test automation, analytics, reuse, and approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity.
  • Coach engineers and technical leads while building capability, ownership, and succession.

Key Result Areas

  • 10+ years of electrical or electronics engineering experience, including 3+ years of engineering leadership.
  • Strong technical depth in analog, digital or mixed-signal design, embedded hardware, power electronics, sensors, controls, and schematic design.
  • Experience delivering electrical or electronic products through architecture, design, prototype bring-up, verification, qualification, industrialization, sustaining, and manufacturing support.
  • Hands-on experience with design reviews, component selection, circuit analysis, debugging, root-cause analysis, and technical problem solving.
  • Experience partnering with PCB layout teams and working with EMC/EMI, product safety, DFM/DFT, and regulatory-compliance requirements.
  • Strong execution, people leadership, global collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in semiconductor equipment, instrumentation, controls, power systems, industrial automation, or similar complex products.
  • Experience with precision measurement, sensor interfaces, power conversion, industrial communications, PCBA manufacturing, or high-reliability electronics.
  • Experience using simulation, test automation, engineering data, and approved AI tools to improve electrical engineering productivity and quality
