Compensation: $200,000 - $350,000

At the center of the product is a large and growing ecosystem of 300+ destination integrations that every customer depends on, from early adopters to teams running tens of thousands of syncs per day at scale.
They operate with high ownership and autonomy: engineers ship quickly, work directly with customers and partners, and build solutions end-to-end.
The Role
Our client is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for their destination integrations. This is a player/coach role blending people leadership with hands-on engineering. You’ll lead by example, raise the bar for technical execution, and ensure the team consistently delivers the highest-value work for customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems that sit at the intersection of APIs, data movement, performance constraints, reliability, and customer-driven iteration
