The Manager, Engineering – Cloud Compute Infrastructure leads an engineering team focused on building and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure solutions. This role drives Kubernetes-based orchestration and ensures reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency across Relativity’s platform. The position partners with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure services that enable rapid innovation while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentoranengineeringteam responsible for cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes orchestration.
Collaborate with product and architecture teams to design and implement containerized solutions for Relativity’s platform.
Drive operational excellence through observability, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all infrastructure deployments.
Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and inclusive collaboration within the engineering organization.
Partner with leadership to align infrastructure initiatives with businessobjectivesand product roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in software engineering
Provenexpertisein cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and observability tools.
Background incollaborating withdistributed teams across global locations.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
288 000 and 432 000PLN
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
