Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a versatile Engineering Manager – Claims (m/f/d) to lead and empower our cross-functional Claims Squad.
As an InsurTech provider, the claims settlement process sits at the heart of our customer experience. This role is strategically critical: you will help build the technical foundation that makes claims processing fast, transparent, and delightful for customers and internal stakeholders alike. You will guide engineering efforts across frontend, backend, automation, and AI tooling, ensuring that our technical architecture scales and supports the broader product and operations vision.
Success in this role requires a strong blend of technical, people, and stakeholder skills. You can define and communicate the bigger picture across a diverse tech stack, strike the right balance between giving direction and fostering growth within your team, and stay close to the business domain by collaborating deeply with stakeholders.
