What you are going to do
As an Engineering Manager, you support and guide DevOps teams responsible for developing and maintaining customer portals and digital platforms within NN Pensions. You will become part of the Digital department within Change & IT Pensions, a department of around 60 colleagues working on customer-focused digital services. Your domain includes approximately 25 employees, complemented by external specialists. The teams are currently evolving towards working with Agentic AI in software development. Collaboration plays an important role in the way of working, with close contact between engineering managers, architects, product owners and programme managers. You will also work alongside colleagues from the Digital Centre of Engineers and teams operating within Empowered Product Teams.
