Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the engineering operations in our high voltage bushing factory, leading a team of 15 engineers, including coordinators for different focus areas.

  • You are responsible for competence planning and execution, which includes coaching your team to continuously improve business performance. You will also oversee resource planning.

  • Provide insight and develop priorities for engineering projects and services, while ensuring engineering performance and quality goals are met.

  • Establish engineering standards, support continuous improvement activities and manage budgetary controls.

  • Set priority of tasks and ensure that our complex products meet set quality standards and legal requirements.

  • Be engaged in creating the development of an engineering strategy that is in line with the organization’s vision.


Your background

  • University degree in Engineering or relevant discipline

  • Previous experience from Engineering or R&D

  • Knowledge in transformers or transformer components is preferred.

  • Some years of managerial experience is a merit.

  • You are skilled at managing different types of people, able to coach as well as motivate and inspire others

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Swedish highly desireable.
