Fora Travel is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and empower a cross functional sprint team within the Booking Platform pod. Our team's mission is to empower a new generation of travel entrepreneurs by making it fast and easy to search, book, and manage incredible experiences for their clients. We’re looking for someone who can manage our growing list of travel integrations and navigate an ocean of complex data to provide lightning fast results and everything advisors need to make the right decisions quickly.
You will partner closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about developing people, driving technical excellence, and excited to work on deep technical scaling problems.
Compensation range for this role can vary widely depending on experience, and for this role an indicative range is $185k-$235k + equity. Other benefits include:
