当社は不 動産業界において自社プロダクトを次々と生み出しDXを推進しているスタートアップです。オフィス不動産を中心に、商業不動産や個人不動産など、あらゆる領域に取り組んでいます。

大量のデータを扱い、中間業者なしでシームレスなビジネス取引を実現しています。

現在、0から新しいプロダクトを立ち上げやグロースステージに移行する既存のプロダクトもあります。すでに3つ以上のプロダクトを開発し、今後も不動産取引におけるすべてのバリューチェーンをシームレスにするために新規プロダクトを開発していきます。

ビジネスの観点をもち、プロダクトを開発し、事業を育てていく方を募集しています。

 業務内容

ユーザーのニーズを解決するための様々なプロダクトの改善を設計・実装することUI/UXチームと協力して分析に基づくUI/UXの改善を実装すること

必要なスキル・経験

• React、Vue、Angularなどの1つ以上のフロントエンド技術を使用した3年以上の経験
• TypeScript、Node、Rust、Rubyなどのバックエンド技術を使用した1年以上の経験
• AWSまたはGCPでの経験

• ビジネス視点を持ち、会社全体のビジョンを理解して業務に取り組める方
• 過去にチームのリーダー経験があり、ステークホルダーを考慮したチーム運営ができる方
• Ruby/Rust/React/TypeScript/AWS/GCP/Pythonなどの技術に精通している方
• アジャイル開発環境での業務経験がある方ビジネスレベルの日本語能力をお持ちの方

待遇・条件面

• 給与：～1500万円
• フルリモートOK（月1回全社MTG出勤）

We are a big data AI company that is challenging the real-estate business. We deal with asset management, commercial real-estate and personal real estate. Here we work with large amounts of data and give a seamless experience without a middleman to make business deals. We are a Japanese company but have many fluent English speakers who work with us.
