You will combine hands-on technical thinking with strong leadership, helping us build a high-performing, collaborative, and impact-driven engineering culture.

You’ll also help us evolve towards a more data-driven and AI-first approach, ensuring responsible and scalable practices across the entire development lifecycle.

Your profile

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of building and evolving the Rencore Governance platform across all layers
• Align and guide three engineering teams by providing context, direction, and future-proof architectural thinking
• Drive prioritization to ensure we focus on the highest-impact work
• Own the technical quality of the backlog and support teams in execution
• Raise the bar for engineering excellence: clean architecture, code quality, test automation, and CI/CD
• Continuously improve development and QA processes to increase speed and reliability
• Establish a metrics-driven delivery approach to better understand and improve performance
• Ensure responsible AI practices are embedded across the entire SDLC
• Support and grow your team through coaching, feedback, and development planning

Our Ideal Candidate

• Brings 7+ years of experience in software development (ideally .NET / C#) and 2+ years leading engineering teams
• Has hands-on experience with .NET, Microsoft Graph, and M365
• Is a strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
• Knows how to bring structure into complex situations and prioritize effectively
• Cares deeply about engineering excellence and building scalable, high-quality systems
• Enjoys developing people, giving feedback, and helping others grow
• Is hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
• Is curious about new technologies and excited about leveraging AI in modern development
