As an Engineering Manager within Tesco Media, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building and scaling technology solutions that enable advertisers and retailers to measure and optimise campaign performance.
This role combines technical leadership, people management and delivery excellence. You will work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software while creating an environment where engineers can grow, collaborate and perform at their best.
You'll play a key role in shaping both the technical direction of the team and the development of the people within it.
