The Engineering Manager leads engineering resources and technical activities within a precision machining environment, supporting both existing production and new product introduction.
This role provides technical leadership across CNC machining, manufacturing engineering, process development, tooling/fixturing, and production support The Engineering Manager works closely with operations, quality, programming, and customers to ensure complex machined components can be produced safely, efficiently, and consistently to specification.
