工作職責

1. To assist in overseeing the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, and maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner’s asset.
2. To assist the effective management of the engineering department by setting maintenance budgets, capital works programs and engineering plans.
3. To ensure that performance are regularly monitored and reviewed.
4. Contribute to the hotel’s profitability by ensuring the effective management of the buildings environmental controls and energy conservation systems.
5. Contribute to the guest satisfaction standards by ensuring the technical services quickly address and where possible, anticipate, individual needs.
6. Ensure the safety and comfort of guests and that any requests for service are handled in courteous and efficient fashion.
7. Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.

工作要求

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years solid and relevant working experience on the position, preferably in Luxury hotel operations or maintenance experience in similar building service systems.
3. Holder of construction Industry Safety Training Certificate and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B or above).
4. Good interpersonal skills; pleasant with strong sense of responsibility; Good problem solving, reasoning, organizational and interpersonal skills; High self-motivation; Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team to achieve department goal.
5. Good writing skills in English and Chinese.
6. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
