Engineering Manager – Corby | | Lead in Automation &
Cold Chain
Are you an experienced Engineering Manager ready to lead in
a highly automated, cutting-edge environment?
At NewCold Corby, we’re looking for a strong leader to take
ownership of our engineering function within a -23°C automated cold storage
facility.

✅ Leading a team of multi-skilled
engineers
✅ Driving reliability,
performance, and uptime
✅ Managing maintenance strategy
(PPM & reactive)
✅ Delivering continuous
improvement in a fast-paced environment
✅ Ensuring best-in-class safety
and compliance
🎯 We’re looking for
someone who:
🔹 Has experience in FMCG,
logistics, or automated warehousing
🔹 Has led engineering
teams in complex environments
🔹 Ideally understands
cold stores or ammonia systems
🔹 Is passionate about
performance, people, and improvement
