現在、当社の決済領域において、エンジニアリングマネージャーを募集しています。



業務内容
当社のサービス拡大に伴い、製品の新機能開発や成長を支援するため、エンジニアリングチームのマネージメントを担当していただきます。

必要なスキル・経験

• 5年以上のマネジメント経験
• ステークホルダーとエンジニアリングチームをつなぐための良好なコミュニケーションスキル
• Python、AWS、Golang、React、TypeScriptなどの技術に精通している方

歓迎するスキル・経験

• 100～250人規模の中規模企業のマネージメント経験
• フィンテックサービスでの業務経験やペイメントに興味をお持ちの方
• 10人規模のチームマネージメントの経験

We work in banking and other fintech services that challenge the likes of Pay Pay and Rakuten Card. We are an up and coming start up with the best views of Tokyo to Mount Fuji.

We are looking for someone to help our company grow as our services expand and we develop new features for our products. In this case, our services in the payment sector is where we need our next Engineering Manager.

You need

• 5 plus years in management
• Have good communications skills to bridge the stake holders and engineering teams
• Worked with technologies like Python, AWS, Golang, React, TypeScript and more

Nice to have

• Managed a mid-size company of around 100-250 people.
• Worked with Fintech Services and have interest in payments
• Personal management of 10 person team is a plus
