Position / Title: Engineering Manager / Technical Architect
Location: Zenon Analytics, Noida, India
Work Experience: 8+ years designing & developing enterprise data-analytics products / advanced solutions using Java8+ and Spring Framework
Academic Qualifications: Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline from Tier-I engineering colleges such as IITs/NITs & IISc is a big plus.
The Job:
• Managing end to end development & delivery of the product / projects involves scoping, initiating, low level design & architecture - develop technical blueprints.
• Hands on experience in coding, designing and release management
• Develop cloud enabled, highly scalable and distributed solutions using technologies such as Java, Spring framework, Elastic stack, JPA, Python, Scala, Spark, and open source tools
• Designing data models using RDBMS and NoSQL
• Leveraging industry best practices and experience, identify automation opportunities and to solve problems using AI automation tools and technologies.
• Adhere to high design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible to produce clear technical design documentation and diagrams detailing existing and proposed technical architectures including the development, integration, testing, infrastructure used and ongoing operational support & maintenance.
• Hands-on Strong technology focus and willing to explore and learn new technologies
• Lead and mentor small engineering team
The Profile:
• You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field from a top tier institute and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands on coding and design skills
• Solid Hands-on technology experience building and running large scale software products, advanced solutions, intelligent automations through complete release cycles.
• You have hands-on experience working with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
• Extensive experience in technologies like Java/J2EE, Python, Scala, Spring, JPA, Microservices, Elastic Search, Drools, Angular, React, MySQL, MongoDB and integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Well versed with Design patterns and various architectural patterns.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Prior experience on Artificial intelligence linked technologies, automation platforms and product development would be a big plus.
