of the Position:
The Engineering Manager is directly responsible to the President for the engineering, planning, and coordination of the procedures relating to the Overhaul, Repair, and Inspection of Articles received by this Repair Station.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for directing, planning and laying out the details of inspection standards, method, and procedures used by the Repair Station in complying with all applicable FAA regulations and manufacture's recommendations.
The Engineering Manager will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee activities in the Engineering department, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company.

Education / Experience Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or related field. Ten or more years of FAA Repair Station component MRO experience preferred.
