What you'll do

Lead the development and maintenance of applications and systems for assigned functional areas or business units. Includes systems analysis and development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis of "As Is" and "To Be" 6: Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
• Data-Driven Product and Service Improvement 6: Research data from digital product/service performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for product/service improvement.
• Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution 6: Execute and deliver elements of the digital road map, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.
• Digital Talent Development 6: Develop and design content for training and development programs in digital to fill gaps in established programs; run customized training and development programs in digital.
• Digital Vision and Strategy 6: Support strategy formulation for digital by exploring how information technology can be used to help the organization become more responsive to customer needs and changing business requirements.
