Role purpose
We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Lead based in Toluca to guide a team of talented messaging platform engineers. You’ll be responsible for the technical direction, delivery, and operational excellence of our messaging solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and scalability.
You will be part of a global team reporting to the Head of Messaging and Client Engagement Platforms and will have the opportunity to work with engineers from multiple geographies.
