As an Engineering Lead (EL3) at Whatfix, you own the end-to-end engineering responsibility for a major product area. You combine strong technical depth with people leadership to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality backend systems. This role requires hands-on technical ownership, sound architectural decision-making, and the ability to lead, grow, and inspire a team of engineers while aligning execution with business and customer needs.
