As an Engineering Lead – Mechanical, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers and designers supporting the design and execution of engineered-to-order products within John Zink's global engineering organization. In this role, you will leverage your engineering expertise, problem-solving capability, and leadership skills to drive high-quality design execution, strengthen team capability, and deliver innovative, reliable, and customer-focused solutions. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure engineering deliverables meet customer expectations, project objectives, manufacturing requirements, and business goals.
You will be part of the John Zink global engineering team supporting combustion and emissions-control technologies across diverse industries. Our team partners closely with project management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams around the world to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative solutions while fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and value creation.
