The Engineering Lead role offers the chance to combine technical leadership with people management to drive engineering excellence in development teams. By aligning with business goals and focusing on team empowerment and engineering excellence, you’ll cultivate a high-performance culture and drive continuous improvement.
This is a permanent, full time opportunity based in Auckland. This is a hybrid position with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.

An experienced and high performing group of engineers, analysts, and testers. You’ll be leading two teams, and your leadership peers are strategic thinkers, supportive and diligent in their approach. One of the most challenging aspects of this role is ensuring teams adhere to unified standards and practices while promoting innovation and continuous improvement. This requires balancing technical oversight with fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
