To be successful as an Engineering Lead you should have experience with:
Experience of designing and developing solution end-to-end and their Digital channel consumptions
Strong skills of design patterns and application security aspects combined with experience in developing JAVA8+, REST APIs using Spring Data REST and Sprint BOOT Framework.
Experience with a CI/DevOps pipeline with git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins and Experience in conducting performance test using JmeterJProfilerStrong understanding of the end-to-end processes triggering from the Digital channels.
Experience with Messaging – IBM MQ, JMS and Solace (Camel and routing).
Experience with XML/JSON and related technologies.
Experience deploying applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Versioning tool like Git, Bitbucket or GitLab.
Strong understanding of relevant and up-to-date technical knowledge, applications and techniques, changing regulatory environment and its impact on Operations.
Insight into external market developments and initiatives.Highly numerate with analytical problem solving ability.
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to find ways to overcome obstacles and self-teach new concepts, Ability to lead from front and also act as key team player
Strong people management skills, Risk and Control focus, focus towards performances and secured components designing.A high level of focus on strategic vision and key player in defining and driving adoption to new tech, approaches
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or similar.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Good understanding of structured and non-structured data storage solutions.
Knowledge on Java21, TDD, Apache Kafka, No SQL – MongoDB, React, Angular
Good understanding of Automated Build and Deployment and testing Processes (e.g. ANT build scripts / Jenkins CI / Apache Maven / Gradle)
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence.
Knowledge of Open Shift
Knowledge of Linux or other UNIX-based systems
Experience of delivering large scale transformation programs in banking or financial organisation.

This role is based in Pune.
