Summary

We are looking for a proactive Engineering Intern to support operational excellence initiatives within our Customer Service organization. The role combines warehouse process improvement, inventory management, quality control, digitalization, and data analytics. The intern will also support the understanding, analysis, and development of dashboards related to the installed base, customer portfolio, and service business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and document warehouse procedures and standard work instructions.

Support the implementation of quality controls and inventory management improvements.

Coordinate inventory counts and stock validation activities.

Assist in warehouse relocation and operational improvement projects.

Organize and digitalize historical engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Support the creation, validation, and maintenance of installed base and portfolio databases.

Analyze operational and business data and contribute to dashboard development and reporting.

Collaborate with Service Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Digitalization teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Logistics, or related Engineering fields.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Interest in operations, data analysis, warehouse management, and digital transformation.

Intermediate English.
