Do you want to work with stakeholders at all levels across a multinational pharmaceutical company? Are you skilled at handling data and do you have good communication skills? Are you academically strong and want to use your abilities to make your own mark on the world?

Then an internship in Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM) at FUJIFILM Life science Biotechnologies (FLBD) in Hillerød is the place for you.

An internship at FLBD includes specific tasks related to management, such as following up on the execution of Operational Readiness, as well as tasks related to process establishment and execution.

You can influence your role as an intern, depending on your interests, skills, and ambitions. This means, among other things, that you can try your hand at different roles such as facilitator, project manager on smaller projects, and independent tasks.

In DPM, we work with SHINGO’s Principles of Culture of Excellence, and this is a fantastic opportunity to help build a LEAN organization from scratch if your interests and skills match the task.

The internship period could include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Participation in projects of different natures
  • Communication tasks
  • Data analysis and visualization
  • Independently driving larger or smaller projects
  • Facilitating board meetings
  • Design of operations management systems
  • Training and coaching various LEAN tools
  • Various ad-hoc tasks

Our Expectations:

You possess good oral and written skills in both Danish and English, and you must be able to analyze different types of data/processes and draw concrete and relevant conclusions from them. In addition, we emphasize that you show commitment, curiosity, and drive. Proficient IT skills are an advantage, and skills within the Microsoft Office suite are required. You may get to work extensively with Tableau, Alteryx, and Microsoft Power Suite. Your learning and development during your time at Fujifilm Life science Biotechnologies Denmark is owned by you, and you set the ambition and direction yourself.

Please note that it is a requirement that students receive full ECTS credits for the semester to be considered for the internship.
