Your Role:EngineeringIntern–Clinton, Indiana(Summer 2027)
As a Summer 2027EngineeringIntern with Elanco Animal Health,you will be part of the Engineering teamat ourClinton, Indianamanufacturing plant, contributing to a hands-on technical project focused on improving processes, solving business challenges, and supporting operational excellence.Interns will have exposure to many career paths and diverse subject matter experts as many projects have site-wide impact.
Your Responsibilities:
Understand the manufacturing environment and how to collaborate with different stakeholders to solve problems
Work within cross-functional teams to build vendor relationships and new process capability implementation
Data visualization tool creation/usage and documentation updates
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
EducationCurrently enrolled in an Engineering major including (but not limited to) Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical,Biomedical, or Biological.
TopSkillsExperience in Microsoft Suites and a willingness to learn
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Have an interest in using data to solve problems, improving processes,or working in manufacturing
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to work exceptionally well independently and with minimal supervision

Travel:10% - to corporate facility in Indianapolis, IN for opening/closing

CompetitiveSalary:$20-$40/hour (dependent upon major and year in school)
