The Engineering Intern is a key support role within our Engineering Department, designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship in engineering design, drafting, and product development within a manufacturing environment.
Reporting to our Engineering Manager, you’ll work alongside a team of engineers and drafters to support a variety of projects. You’ll gain real-world experience while collaborating with sales and manufacturing teams to help deliver high-quality products and solutions.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
• Assisting with engineering projects, including design support and documentation.
• Supporting the development of engineering deliverables such as drawings, submittals, and technical data.
• Providing engineering data and basic analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborating with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
• Assisting with 3D modeling and drafting using Autodesk Inventor.
• Applying drafting standards and protocols to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Assisting with tracking multiple projects and revisions while maintaining strong organization.
• Supporting documentation, workflows, and data organization efforts within engineering systems.

You bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset, along with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Additional skills and attributes include:
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of manufactured product design (through coursework or projects).
- Exposure to 3D modeling and drafting, preferably using Autodesk Inventor.
- Familiarity with drafting standards and engineering terminology. - Orientation toward personal growth and continuous improvement.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required.
