About the Enterprise Work Management Group

The Work Management group is building the tools for helping organizations work effectively and efficiently, at scale.

Now, we are also building agentic solutions, helping our users to focus on business and strategy, reducing operational load.

We are looking for an Engineering Group Lead to join the leadership of the Enterprise Work Management group, to lead the engineering teams, working together with product and design ,to build the strategy and group goals, and continue growing this amazing group.

The role is based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

About The Role

• Lead the group’s engineering teams, working closely with product and design to give our customers the best product
• Build, together with the group leadership, the strategy and the goals
• Drive adoption of modern AI engineering best practices
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, psychological safety, and innovation, specifically nurturing an "AI-first" mindset
• Constantly growing the organization - mentorship of team leads, hiring and onboarding talent, building teams
• Leading the execution of the group, focus on value, and quality and velocity

Requirements

• Experience in leading a group of teams, passion for building teams and growing talent
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Experience building user facing products, in large scale
• Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic
• Focus on quality and simplicity
• Passion for developing products that people love and use everyday
