The Role:

Silent-Aire is a global leader in the design, engineering, manufacturing, and servicing of modular data centres. Engineering is central to our success, and we are committed to developing high-potential talent to support our continued growth.

This Graduate Programme is designed to attract, develop, and retain ambitious engineering graduates, providing a structured pathway towards future roles within the organisation.

Programme Overview

This two-year rotational programme offers hands-on experience across key engineering functions, enabling graduates to build strong technical and professional foundations.

Graduates will rotate across multiple departments, gaining broad exposure to different engineering disciplines, systems, and processes.

Graduates will specialise in a chosen discipline, deepening their expertise and contributing to business-critical projects within their selected area.

At the end of Year 1, participants will present to the Silent-Aire Europe Leadership Team, sharing insights from their rotations, areas of interest, improvement ideas, and long-term career ambitions.

Graduates will rotate through departments such as:

  • Quality & Testing
  • Design Engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Production Planning
  • Projects & Commissioning

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated, analytical, and innovative graduates who are eager to launch their engineering careers in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow within a global organisation.

Programme Duration

This is a two-year fixed-term graduate programme. Upon completion, participants will be assessed for permanent opportunities within the engineering team based on performance, capability, and business needs.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a minimum of an Engineers Ireland accredited Level 8 Bachelor (Honours) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Support and Development

Supervisor

During each rotation, graduates will be supported by a Department Manager who will provide clear objectives, structured learning plans, and ongoing performance feedback.

Mentor

Each graduate will be assigned a mentor to offer guidance, career advice, and support throughout the programme.

Additional Information

Detailed role responsibilities will be introduced during onboarding and further defined by each supervisor at the start of every rotation.
