Supervise, operate, and maintain the plant's facilities in compliance with the requirements of the installation and operating licenses.
Coordinate technical support related to the design, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of the plant's equipment and systems.
Perform the duties of the Plant Safety Engineer.
Develop and ensure the proper implementation of maintenance procedures for plant systems in collaboration with the Plant Manager.
Execute equipment and system qualification activities in cooperation with the relevant departments.
Coordinate the ordering, receipt, and inspection of materials required for the department's activities.
Conduct technical studies and propose improvements to existing equipment, facilities, and operational processes.
Monitor quality management procedures within the area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001 requirements.
Monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental management procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Train, develop, and support the professional growth of department personnel.
Liaise with public authorities and external organizations regarding the licensing and certification of the company's production and environmental operations.
Review, update, and improve the Occupational Risk Assessment.
Review, update, and improve the Emergency Response Plan.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and active membership with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or engineering department.
Experience in the design and supervision of industrial and environmental facilities.
Very good command of English and strong computer skills.
