Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer Director to oversee the strategic direction of our engineering department. As Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for project initiation, utility cost monitoring, and maintenance cost control. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive inspections of plant equipment, and fire protection systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. You will also implement efficient energy and water management systems, handle emergency repairs, and manage workshop operations, including budgeting and staff scheduling.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.

* 10+ years of experience in Building Management and Engineering Systems in a high-rise building.

* Sound understanding of engineering principles.

* Fluent in English (listening, speaking, writing, reading).

* Proficient in Engineering Systems of high-rise buildings (budget, cost management, forecast).

* Engineering license (minimum Associate Engineer).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

* Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

* At least 5 years of experience leading or supervising a large team (10+ staff).

* Ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.

* Ability to guide, direct, and supervise subordinates.

* Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to motivate employees at all levels.

* Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

* Masters degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.

* Working experience in the real estate industry.

* Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, writing, reading).

* Masters degree in MBA

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
