• Overseeing 5-6 cross-functional development teams, ensuring high-quality product delivery.

• Ensuring technical standards, including code quality, security, and managing technical debt

📊 Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Execution

• Aligning engineering goals with business strategy, collaborating with C-suite executives and stakeholders.
• Leading roadmap planning and execution, continuously improving development processes to prioritize customer needs.
• Partnering with Product and Data teams to make data-driven technology decisions

🌍 Scaling & Structuring High-Impact Teams

• Hiring, structuring, and scaling engineering teams across global tech hubs
• Mentoring and coaching engineering leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, and team expansion to support rapid business growth.

💡 Technology Innovation & Consumer Experience

• Spearheading technical transformations, including digital migration and innovation strategies.
• Optimizing the development of consumer-facing applications (e-commerce, marketplaces, ordering systems).
• Collaborating with operations teams to enhance brick-and-mortar technology solutions

Requirements:
