
Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):
Associate's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Four (4) years of full-time, high-volume commercial projects of journeyman-level experienceProficiency in Microsoft Programs and/or Google apps.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a supervisory or foreman role managing 3-5+ tradespeople. Familiarity with lighting and circuits. Experience working with complex construction blueprints and specifications. Experience with project budgeting and scheduling principles. Prior experience in planning and/or crew administration. Experience in the supervision of complex construction projects.
Brief Description of Duties:
Working under general supervision, the highly skilled Journeyman designs, fabricates, and constructs a wide variety of complex models, devices, and high-volume commercial projects from limited written or oral instructions. This role balances hands-on technical execution – specifically within high-precision laboratory environments – with on-site team leadership, project scheduling, and budget tracking to ensure tracking to ensure all assignments align with their intended design and operational purpose.
