Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Engineering departments.
- Ensure compliance with Local Government Codes and company standards by managing and controlling plant layout, processes, and products.
- Develop, implement, and monitor various aspects of production, including line and process flow diagrams, machines, tools, and line tooling, as well as manufacturing and capacity flowcharts.
- Collaborate with Product Development (PD), toolmakers, and designers on new products.
- Handle EP and FEP, providing training until handover with production in the PP and PS states.
- Implement and enforce EHS protocols to improve machine and equipment safety.
- Evaluate cost-cutting initiatives and report results to finance on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Male, age not over 50 years.
- 15 years of manufacturing experience is required with excellent project management abilities.
- Significant project leader with solid experience managing many teams.
- Ability to manage client and partner relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Can guide the analysis of Lean Manufacturing problems to the team.
- Good command of English.
