Responsibilities

Provides technical guidance and support in the areas of general maintenance of the physical plant, hospital building and grounds

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Ten (10) years experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC installation / repair, or Power Plant Operations / Maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability in general areas of structural, mechanical, electrical, and minor hospital repair.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and understand minor construction estimating and material usage.
• Knowledge of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and NFPA 99 Healthcare Code.
• Familiar with JCAHO Environment of Care Standards

6:30AM -3PM
