We are searching for our next group of engineering co-ops for a 6-month assignment at our Beverly, MA, facility. Our co‑op program is designed to develop early‑career talent and build a strong pipeline of future engineers. Students gain hands-on exposure, work on real projects, and make meaningful contributions. Throughout the program, co‑ops build technical skills, strengthen problem‑solving abilities, and gain real‑world experience that enhances both their academic learning and future career opportunities.
Axcelis is seeking a Warehouse Operations co-op to support our Operations Technology team in continuous improvement implementation, operational analysis and optimization within Axcelis’ state-of-the-art warehousing and logistics center. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of manufacturing logistics, technology, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate is an engineering student with industrial engineering and some software experience who is eager to apply their skills in a manufacturing logistics and operations-focused environment.

$20.42 - $35.70
This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations.
Our salary ranges are determined by role and level; individual pay is determined based on
multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, work
location, and internal equity. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression as
you develop within the role.
Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the
Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regular
employees working 20+ hours a week).
