Job Description

The Engineering Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the engineering team and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate must be organized and results-driven with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for document management and maintaining accurate and up to date records in the company's electronic project management system.
• Facilitate product planning, design reviews, and retrospective meetings to ensure product development tasks are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to identify potential issues and provide solutions to prevent scheduling delays.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of engineering presentations, customer-facing reports and proposals.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information.

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic task management and documentation experience
• Proficient with computer applications including Office, Excel, and project management software
• Experience in project management is a plus
