About this role

Individual will be handling the maintenance of ERP bills of material, new part set up, revision control and coordinating cut-ins

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced data analysis duties, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, often with short lead-time
• Organization of engineering documentation (reports, standard work, specifications)
• Responsible for maintenance of bill of material information within ERP system
• Manage the cut-in process for new and modified parts
• Proactively manage needs across various stakeholders and coordinating meetings to optimize time, allowing leaders to work efficiently, adjusting based on changing priorities
• Analyze complex information requests, determine appropriate approach to gather and summarize data
• Analyze data and prepare reports reflecting findings and advise on strategic direction in relation to your role.
• Consolidate reports and materials
• Research, draft and prepare correspondence, reports and presentations
• Carry out special assignments that can be complex in nature, require problem solving, and working with others, while maintaining confidentiality
• Assist other departments as needed such as Materials, Purchasing and Planning due to volume/headcount constraints

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/supply chain or engineering environment

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

• AA degree with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/supply chain or engineering environment

• 2+ years of Microsoft teams experience
• ERP experience is a plus
• Just have good organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as excel, power-point and Outlook
