About the team:

We are looking for a new colleague in our Research & Development team at our location in Monterrey! The Chassis Solutions Division of ZF North America offers application specific solutions for a variety of different automotive Steering, Braking, Suspension and Chassis Components. Continued growth in our Monterrey office has created an opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team!

What you can expect as an Engineering Change Analyst:

  • Process change requests in the PLM system, this includes i.e. analyzing product documentation for consistency of information, assessing interchangeability, routing for approval, auditing.
  • Coordinate change requests with product engineering and other functional groups.
  • Monitor change releases to ensure timely incorporation into production
  • Participate in meetings requiring configuration management input, create and update documents, and verify accuracy of product structures in PLM
  • Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP system for successful production builds
  • Working closely with manufacturing plants and departments supporting product development (e.g., Software, Hardware, Purchasing)
  • Provide PLM support to product teams globally on process, methods and tools.
  • Communicate with ZF teams across the globe

Your profile as an Engineering Change Analyst:

  • Bachelor´s degree or above and/or 2+ years of professional-level engineering/analysis experience (internship/co-op experience incl.) encompassing one or more of the following areas: manufacturing analysis/planning, product design/development, and/or program/launch management.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Fluent English skills.
