    • Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory reporting.
  • GIS & Document Management
    • Utilize GIS systems (ESRI) to verify infrastructure data and maintain accurate mapping records.
    • Manage engineering documentation using established tracking systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
    • Align engineering records with GIS mapping data.
  • Hydraulic Modeling
    • Support hydraulic modeling efforts for system capacity analysis and new development review.
    • Evaluate system impacts related to new service connections or infrastructure changes.
    • Prepare technical documentation to support engineering reviews.
  • New Business Coordination
    • Coordinate new development applications through internal engineering review processes.
    • Conduct pre-application reviews to assess system capacity and compliance.
    • Prepare Will Serve Letters and service application materials.
  • Permitting & Field Work
    • Prepare and process Government Road Opening Permit applications.
    • Coordinate and document hydrant flow tests, including data collection and reporting.
    • Support compliance with municipal and regulatory requirements.
  • Data & Financial Tracking
    • Maintain accurate project and service data in Kloudgin and other tracking platforms.
    • Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation activities.
