Job Position:Production Engineering Assistant
Department:Operation
Primary Job Purpose:
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of production equipment.
Diagnose and repair faulty production equipment.
Track and manage production spare parts for the equipment.
Participant in problem identification and brainstorming of resolution.
Support engineers in their engineering evaluation sessions and equipment development.
Support in new production line setup and equipment buy-off.
Assist engineers in carrying out continuous improvement projects.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates without prior experience but willing to try out may apply.
Must be comfortable to perform rotating shift (Day and Night shift) and perform overtime when needed
Experience in SMT, wirebond, or automation (motion/vision control) will be an advantage
Knowledge of ISO 9000/QS 9000 preferred
