Year 1 Full Time College Study (Level 2 & 3)
Year 2, 3 & 4 On Site 4 days per week / 1 Day on Release to College (Level 3)
The Steelpark engineers work a 3 shift rota. Initially apprentices will work days 7am – 3pm moving to a 2-shift rota while on day release at college then onto a three-shift rota once college has been completed. This allows the business to match the apprentice with a dedicated engineering shift manager and their team.
